State-run IRCTC, which has bagged the rights to run two Tejas trains, is finalising plans to start the first from Delhi-Lucknow starting Oct. Those travelling by India's first 'private' train may be eligible for compensation if it is delayed by over an hour. To compete with base fares of Shatabdi running on the same route, IRCTC is looking to give more facilities.
