The judgement on Sabarimala will be delivered by a Constitution bench of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, Justices R F Nariman, A M Khanwilkar, DY Chandrachud and Indu Malhotra. The verdict in the Rafale case will be delivered by bench of the Chief Justice and Justices S K Kaul and K M Joseph.
