J&K’s youth won’t face hardships their parents and grandparents suffered for want of opportunities and infrastructure, PM Narendra Modi assured on Sunday as he called the Union territory a new example of “democracy and determination” because of all-round development initiatives, private investment worth Rs 38,000 crore over the past couple of years and the return of tourists in droves.
