After missed Diwali deadline, Modi, Sunak bid to revive FTA

After India and the UK missed the Diwali deadline for the free trade agreement under discussion, PM Narendra Modi and his counterpart Rishi Sunak in a meeting on Wednesday backed a trade deal which, according to the UK, has the potential to unlock investment and increase jobs in both the countries, and to expand their deep cultural links.
