After 2 additional seats, NDA just 4 short of RS majority mark

BJP won 30 out of 56 Rajya Sabha seats, taking their tally to 97 in the House. NDA's tally stands at 117, just four short of the majority mark. Additionally, BJP gained seats from Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh due to cross-voting. Several states had seats at stake in the polls.
