Gujarat ATS has apprehended Pankaj Kotiya from Porbandar for allegedly providing the Pakistani agent, disguised as 'Riya', with sensitive information about Indian Coast Guard vessels and jetty. Kotiya had been sharing these details via WhatsApp for nine months and received Rs 26,000 in return through UPI transactions.
