In what could lessen the trauma and discomfiture of sexual assault survivors in narrating their ordeal in crowded conventional courts, the Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered all high courts to set up within four months at least one safe, separate and exclusive facility in each district court complex to help such vulnerable witnesses record their statements uninhibitedly.
